SecondLife Solar collects the details you submit to respond to project briefs, manage listings and marketplace enquiries, and operate the service. This includes contact details, business and site information, listing content, messages, and technical attribution information where you consent.
How we use information
We use it to deliver requested services, contact you about your enquiry or listing, prevent misuse, maintain records, and improve our marketing. Recycling and Re-use briefs may be passed to our CRM so the relevant team can progress your request. Marketplace enquiries are stored in our operations system and may be processed there or in the CRM.
Retention
Enquiries, listings and delivery records are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, dispute or compliance purposes. You may ask us to delete or correct personal data, subject to those obligations.
