Recyclo Solar provides a marketplace and enquiry service for solar equipment. Listings are supplied by sellers and are subject to Admin approval, but buyers must undertake their own technical, commercial and site due diligence before purchase or collection.
Marketplace
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve equipment. Recyclo Solar may facilitate communications and route enquiries to its CRM; the final terms of sale, condition, collection, payment and Goods Out arrangements are agreed separately.
Listings and acceptable use
Sellers must provide accurate information and may only list equipment they are entitled to sell. We may edit, pause, reject or archive listings where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe or unsuitable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the marketplace is provided as an introduction service. These terms must be reviewed and formally approved before the production site goes live.
